121 and mail Emails Failed to arrive 12th-16th Sept 22
We would like to advise all of our clients, that due to a system error and server capacity problem we did not receive any emails during the period.
This has no been resolved and we would ask that if you tried to contact us you do so again now with the information or questions that you may have tried to send during that time.
Please check your own email information for emails that have been notified as not received by the intended recipient and try sending it again.
We assure you that no confidential data or information has been accessed by persons outside of the business and the information was never received.
Our apologies for this inconvenience and assure you of our commitment to providing an efficient, secure accounting service as always in future.
